As a result of the charges, his planned TV appearances have been shelved, with the BBC postponing a repeat of ‘David & Jay’s Touring Toolshed’ and the Christmas special of ‘The Repair Shop.’ Additionally, Channel 5 has put Blades’ documentary on hold, and Channel 4 will not proceed with a sequel to his show featuring Dame Judi Dench.
