A mother in Wigan, Samantha Walsh, received devastating news about her two-year-old son, Carter Walsh, who tragically died following an accident at their home in Greater Manchester. Natalie, a family member present during the accident, described how the marble fireplace collapsed in the middle, causing the tragedy. The landlord, who was present working on a boiler issue, called 999, and paramedics quickly attended the scene to assist Carter.
