Incorporating raw sprouts for snacking and focusing on exercises like squats, she detailed her approach to maintaining her figure. Carol follows a practice known as OMAD, or ‘One Meal A Day,’ where she eats one meal in the late afternoon and engages in three weekly gym sessions. While she doesn’t count calories, she advocates for bi-annual detox periods that involve eliminating certain food groups. In her guide, ‘Detox Your Life,’ she emphasises being mindful of what we consume.
