Eerie footage has emerged showing a killer moments after brutally murdering a father-of-four over a drug debt. Kieran Carter, 23, was caught on CCTV fleeing the victim’s home after stabbing Daniel Rae in the leg four times, causing fatal injuries. Carter was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 17 years for the murder that took place in Treforest, Pontypridd, on December 17 last year.
