A 20-year-old woman in Wales has shared her journey of body modifications, revealing she already has more than 50 tattoos, a split tongue, and breast implants. Lucy Krasota expressed how her family does not approve of her appearance, and strangers often stare at her in public. Despite the criticism, Lucy remains unfazed, having dreamt of body modifications since she was a child.
Starting with stretchers in her ears and colourful hair at age 10, Lucy quickly progressed to tattoos and piercings by the age of 13. Upon turning 18, she eagerly got her first tattoo, leading to a cascade of further modifications, including splitting her tongue and getting breast implants. Now adorned with over 50 tattoos and nine piercings, Lucy aims to cover her body entirely with ink.
Although her transformation has sparked controversy within her family, Lucy maintains that she undertakes these modifications for her own happiness and mental well-being. Despite being subjected to stares and occasional negative comments, Lucy finds solace in the positive feedback she receives and views altering her body as a form of therapy for her depression.
