A youth was brutally beaten up in a shocking group attack captured on video in Cardiff. The incident occurred on the rooftop of the NCP car park on Knox Road near the city centre just before 6:26 pm on Monday, August 26. The distressing video, filmed from a nearby building, shows the youth being repeatedly punched and kicked by several individuals from a large group of young men. The background of the incident and the precise ages of those involved, whose faces have been blurred in the footage, remain unknown.
The incident was swiftly reported to South Wales Police, who responded to the scene shortly afterwards. As of now, no arrests have been made, but law enforcement officers are actively seeking more information related to the attack. A spokesperson for South Wales Police disclosed, “South Wales Police received a report of an altercation on the roof of Knox Road car park in Cardiff on Monday, August 26 at 6:30 pm.
