The moment a bride is left shocked on her wedding day as she says ‘I had no idea’

In a heartwarming surprise moment, a bride was left shocked on her wedding day by a special gesture orchestrated by her husband-to-be. Bethan Lilley-Myers, who had no prior knowledge of the surprise, was preparing to marry Emyr Myers when she was greeted by a Welsh choir singing Calon Lan. Bethan expressed her astonishment at the unexpected gesture, stating, “I was upstairs doing the first look with my father, bridesmaids, and mum. When I walked downstairs into the kitchen and saw the choir, I said ‘oh na!’ because I knew I’d be crying my eyes out.” She added, “It was a stunning surprise, and to see Emyr’s grandfather front row made it even more special. I had no idea.”

The couple, who have been together for five years, tied the knot on July 2 at Green Grove Barns in Llangadog, Swansea. Following the surprise at the bride’s preparation location, the choir proceeded to the wedding venue to serenade the arriving guests.
