A teenager in Wales has created a unique and popular petting farm with 300 animals, all known by name. William Evans, a lifelong animal lover, initially purchased 500 chickens during the pandemic to sell eggs locally. As demand grew, William and his family decided to open their farm to the public, receiving great feedback. This led to the establishment of Will’s Petting Farm on land purchased by William’s dad.
Now 18, William’s farm boasts a variety of animals including sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, llamas, alpacas, emus, ducks, rabbits, pigs, and more. Visitors can interact with rare breeds like black Racka sheep from Hungary and Ouessant sheep. With a team of nine staff and affordable entry fees, the farm has become a popular attraction for all ages. William manages his business while studying, aiming to continue its success.

Every animal has a name, and visitors can learn about different species and farming practices. The farm provides a valuable experience for the local community, particularly disadvantaged individuals.
