A reward of £10,000 is being offered for information about a man who is wanted in connection with an attempted murder in Cardiff earlier this year. Crimestoppers has put up the reward for information that leads to the arrest of Elliot Fiteni. The appeal said he had been evading police for over a week whilst wanted for a number of offences including attempted murder.
Crimestoppers stated: “He is wanted for offences in both South Wales and Gwent Policing areas and any help to locate and arrest him will be greatly appreciated.” They believe he is in the Caerphilly area and is described as being aged between 20 and 25. Crimestoppers said it was supporting the investigation by offering the reward for information “exclusively received” and anyone can call anonymously either online or by calling 0800 555 111 at any time.
A statement from Gwent Police said: “Our officers also want to speak to him in connection with investigations into theft and assault in Gwent.” Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 999 or DM Gwent Police on social media quoting log reference 2400281229.
