A victim of a hammer attack was taken to the hospital after an assault in Haverfordwest, as reported by Wales Online. The incident occurred in a car park on Salutation Square in Haverfordwest around 4 pm on Sunday, August 25. The victim suffered injuries to the face and head during the assault. The individual received treatment at the hospital and has since been discharged. Dyfed-Powys Police stated that four individuals were arrested on the same day.
Two men, aged 19 and 35, were released with no further action. However, Joshua Lea, 21, and another male who remains unnamed for legal reasons, were charged and remanded to appear at Swansea Crown Court on Friday, September 27. According to a spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police, the investigation is not seeking any other individuals in connection to the incident.
