Amended plans now include reducing the number of apartments to 20, ensuring resident parking spaces are above flooding levels, and scaling down the proposed Cambria building. The development aims to provide community benefits, including a new café designed within Priory House. The changes will also offer improved views of St Mary’s church and enhance the overall town environment. The apartments will be allocated to individuals on Ceredigion’s housing lists, focusing on affordable housing needs in the area.
