Disgraced BBC News presenter Huw Edwards has faced sentencing at Westminster Magistrates Court for charges related to indecent images of children as young as seven. The 63-year-old admitted to three charges of making indecent images during a court appearance in July. Prosecutors revealed that he received 41 images from convicted paedophile Alex Williams via WhatsApp, including seven classified as the most severe, category A. Most of the children involved were aged between 13 and 15, with one as young as seven and another nine, spanning December 2020 to August 2021.
