The restaurant is already taking bookings for Beaujolais Day on Thursday, November 21, a highlight in Swansea’s social calendar. The team behind Altitude 28 Sky Bar and Restaurant expressed gratitude for the community’s support, emphasizing that no bookings will be taken until the official opening date. The restaurant, once a popular spot for celebrations and romantic dinners, abruptly closed its doors in early 2023.
Phil Lake, owner of the building, revealed that Meridian Quay Ltd took steps to revive the business after Brains surrendered its lease. Nicky Jones has been appointed as the head chef, described as a talented chef with a passion for innovation.
