A 60-year-old woman pleaded guilty to causing the death of a dad by dangerous driving after “braking harshly” on a busy road in Wales. Alison Cooper, from Shropshire, appeared at Chester Crown Court and admitted to the offence. The collision occurred on the A500 in Cheshire, where Chris Parsons tragically died after swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid the abrupt braking. Chris, a 29-year-old loving father from north Wales, died at the scene in June 2022.
